Well, anyone can wear neutral eyes. A person with green eyes should probably wear a gold that leans a little more towards the copper/orangy end of things.
As for colour, red toned purples look amazing on you. Purple is actually surprisingly easy to wear and look really good, too. So I would go for those aside from your typical neutrals. Keep in mind that greens complementary colour is red. Not that you should wear red, but colours with a hint of red in them will really bring out your eyes. Hope this helps!
