Hey, I hope i can save you the frustration I had. On the 2005 it is pin two tan/white.
Remove the wiring harness from the 2003 Jeep Liberty pressure switch. Remove the power steering pressure switch retaining screws. Reverse the process to install the new power steering pressure switch.
This is due to the headlight switch itself, failing. Also check wiring harness connection, where it clips into light switch. This exact situation happened on my 1988 Model Ford Ranger. After inspecting original light switch, the switch itself had one loose spade terminal connection, allowing the connection to heat up and distort the factory harness to the point where the terminal connection on the factory wiring harness(factory clip) would not hold the spade terminal correctly. The new headlight switch and some massaging and adjusting of the factory spade terminal ends will fix your problem. Good luck.......
Generally if your model has that option available, the harness includes the plug=ins. Look for them tucked up out of the way perhaps with protectors attached.
Unfortunately it does not unplug from the switch. Follow the harness down the column and you will see where the harness disconnects.
The oil light in a Jeep Liberty can be reset. To reset the light turn the ignition switch on or off without starting the engine. Next depress the acceleration pedal at least three times and then switch the ignition switch in a locked position.

The power steering pressure switch screws in. Simply unplug the wire harness, unscrew the old switch and screw in the new switch. Plug the wiring harness back in.
Begin by removing the retaining ring at the top of your 1986 Toyota pickup truck ignition switch. The ignition switch will slide out. Remove the wiring harness from the back of the ignition switch.

The Switch can be removed by gently prying under the switch flange with a small flat head screw driver. Take care not to damage the door panel. The switch should pop out fairly easily. The door panel does not need to be removed. The swith can then be separated from the wiring harness be simply depressing the orange tab on the harness socket. Plug the new switch into the harness and reinsert the switch into the top of the door panel.
