How much horsepower does the 1972 Oldsmobile 442 350 V8 engine have?

The Oldsmobile 442 means (400 cubic inches-after '65) (four barrel carb) and (dual exhaust) if your car does not have these it is not a true 442. The 350 that year had only 160hp to 180hp but the 442 should have had the 455 and 270hp to 300hp. Are you sure your car is a 442? It may be a cutlass with a 442 paint job.

How do you get car that just like Ferrari?

Awkward worded question. All I could suggest is you could buy something called a "kit car" where on the outside it looks like some other car but underneath is some really crappy car. Or if your looking for something that looks just as good as a Ferrari then I'd suggest something both numble, quick (not fast but quick), and fun: The Acura NSX, yes a japanese sports car, when this thing first came out it not only competed against every single super car out there (it first came out in 1991) but it blew the competition away because it was fast, affordable, super sexy looking, mid-engine mounted, and you could daily drive it to work and back where as if you daily drove a Ferrari then it would break down almost immediately. All of the supercars you see today are the way they are because of this car. It boasts a modest 270hp and 210lb-ft of torque which was actually kind of a lot back in the early 90s. So if you can afford one then it'll cost you a fraction of the cost of a Ferrari: about $25k-$45k. I only wish I could drive one, everyone who has drove one says that it drives better than most modern day affordable "sports cars". Plus it's highly collectable so if you ever wanted to sell it in the future then you'll most likely make profit. Good Luck!

What is the value of a 1957 Corvette?

1957 Corvette onyx black with red interior and black soft top and hardtop. This is a total body -off restoration completed by one of the top Corvette restorers in the Detroit, Michigan area. The car has been driven only 250 miles since completed. The frame is powder coated and has all new suspension, brakes, fuel lines and exhaust system. The Corvette was painted in Onyx black and the seats are the correct red waffle interior by Al Knoch. The new black soft-top is also by Al Knoch. The engine is a 327 cu. in. it is built to look like a 270HP with original style 2x4bbl Carter carburetors, and air cleaners. There is all new ignition shielding, wiring, and the cooling system has new hoses and radiator. The T-10 four speed transmission is cast iron with correct shifter and it also has a rebuilt 3:36.1 rear end. All of the gauges are correct and rebuilt, and the original Wonderbar radio has been rebuilt. All the chrome/stainless has either been rechromed, replaced or polished. All of the glass is new and dated. The hard top was restored by Glassworks at a cost of $4000. The new tires are Michelin radial with Dayton wire wheels and knock off hubs. The options include heater, courtesy light, and Wonderbar radio. The total restoration cost is over $100,000. This is a great Corvette to add to a collection for a fresh restoration at a price well below cost. Stk # 5037 $89,990.
