Sounds like time for a tune up or timing or clogged air filter. Any number of things. But I would do a tune up first.
To adjust them properly you need a special adjustment device. I would suggest you take it to a dealer or a body shop. They have the proper tools to do this correctly.
Try cleaning the MAF with a can of elecrical cleaner. then clear the code with a OBD11 tester.
