The person would need protected from or to protect against even minor injuries.
Needle punctures from routine hospital procedures could bleed more and blood longer.
Special measures needed before and during surgeries; elective surgeries postponed.
No use of razors.
Take care around sharp knives.
Wear shoes at all times when up.
Avoid risky activities-- example, hunting and gutting a kill.
