Depending how strict you make your "same land mass" rule, Antarctica and Australia are the only two continents that do not "touch" another continent. North and South America are one land mass with Central America being the bridge linking them. The Panama Canal actually cuts Central America in two parts in Panama. This is why the definition of same land mess is important to know.
Europe, Asia and Africa are connected as well. Europe and Asia have a more obvious connection which requires a line on a map to distinguish where Europe ends and Asia begins. Africa is connected as well, but like North and South America, Africa has the Suez Canal separating it.
