Brutus did not plan to kill Mark Antony although he most certainly thought about it. Brutus knew Antony was loyal to Caesar and that Antony had military skills. Brutus, however, clearly underestimated the damage that Antony could cause. Brutus made a mistake and he would die for his conspiracy against Caesar.

Antony handled his emotions better than Brutus. Antony was able to channel his grief and anger into a powerful and strategic speech at Caesar's funeral, rallying the Roman citizens against the conspirators. In contrast, Brutus struggled to manage his emotions and made decisions based on honor and duty rather than practicality, which ultimately led to his downfall.
Brutus however disagrees, arguing that Cicero "will never follow anything" (Line 150). Cassius agrees to leave Cicero out of their conspiracy... The Cicero issue settled, some very important decisions are made.
Brutus was a trustworthy person; he had good intentions. He was a strong believer in honesty which comes hand in hand with being trustworthy. When the conspirators wanted to kill Mark Antony, Brutus objected to it.
Anthony was a true friend of Caesar because he was with Caesar till the end. He made the people revolt against the conspirators. His speech was genuine and had emotions and feelings. He cleverly gains the sympathy of the people by reading them his will. Unlike Brutus he was a faithful friend of Caesar. He was willing to die in the hands of the conspirators with the same sword that killed Caesar.
Because he wanted the people, audience to feel equal to him. Whereas Brutus made them feel like they were on a lower social class than him. Mark Antony wanted to connect to the people emotionally in order to influence them the way he wanted.

The reason mark Antony shakes the conspirators hands is because it's showing the death bond they have just made.

Brutus is concerned about Caesar as a result of Cassius's arguments. He thinks he's ambitious but has not really seen it. He believes that if Caesar became more powerful he would become more and more tyrannical, and it was necessary to stop him before things got that far.
