Hinduism, because Ancient Arabia was purely Hindu and Kaaba was actually a Shiva Temple
Some claim that Kaaba (a black stone) in Mecca is actually Shiva Linga. They claim this by referring to the similarities between customs followed by Muslim during Hajj with customs followed in Hindu temples. However, for now, there is no solid proof to prove that Kaaba is in fact a Shiva Linga. And the research is still going on.Hence, until someone provides a legitimate proof, this question would be locked.
The Kaaba, which simply means "cube," which it nearly is, is a masonry building in Mecca. It's very old, and as to who built it there are three answers: 1. Traditional (Muslim): Abraham 2. Traditional (Hindu): Worshippers of Shiva 3. Archeological: not sure, but the Hindu answer is more likely than the Muslim.
Kaaba is a historic building..at the direction of kaaba muslim worship but not worship kaaba
.Kaaba, because kaaba itself is an Arabic word.
Don't know what a "shivling" is, but as Lord Shiva is part of the Hindu pantheon, I kind of doubt it. The Saudis are extremely intolerant of religions other than Islam, and if they knew of the existence of any reminder of a Hindu God in their country, they'd destroy it.One caveat: There is a tradition among the Indians that the Kaaba (the "Cube") the most holy structure in all of Islam, was built by the Hindus as a temple to their Gods. Obviously, the Muslims choose not to believe this and assert that the Kaaba was erected by their ancestor, Abrahham/Ibrahim.
The Kaaba is in the shape of a cube. This is because the word Kaaba means cube in Arabic
no difference
The Kaaba was built by Prophet Ibrahim (Abraham) and his son Prophet Ismael (Ishmael) as a shrine dedicated to the worship of one God. It serves as a central focal point for Muslims around the world during their prayers and pilgrimage.
One of shiva's is hanuman. Shiva has two forms He and She.
Kaaba is a circumambulating of pilgrims. Tawaf is also a performance by the pilgrims.
it is placed in outer side of kaaba
