Don't know what a "shivling" is, but as Lord Shiva is part of the Hindu pantheon, I kind of doubt it. The Saudis are extremely intolerant of religions other than Islam, and if they knew of the existence of any reminder of a Hindu God in their country, they'd destroy it.
One caveat: There is a tradition among the Indians that the Kaaba (the "Cube") the most holy structure in all of Islam, was built by the Hindus as a temple to their Gods. Obviously, the Muslims choose not to believe this and assert that the Kaaba was erected by their ancestor, Abrahham/Ibrahim.
