Difficult to diagnose a rash without seeing it, but it sounds like it could be impetigo, especially if it has a brown or golden crust to it. It should be treated with antibiotics and is contagious. See your doctor.

∙ 14y agou could get the skin on ur chin and squeeze it really tightly with one of ur hands, then it should appear to be bruised. but the bruise can last for up to 2 to 3 weeks.
