You will need to describe this bump a little better. How big is it? Is it sore? Has it grown in size? Where on your stomach is it? Eg lower left abdomen? Are you male or female? See a Doctor Who can give you a diagnosis
The same, you don't have the baby bump until you're 4months, but remember every pregnancy is different.
Depends on your body type and how close your uterus is to the front of your stomach. Some people's uterus sits further back, and you won't really see your baby bump for months and months (my sister in law didn't show until 7 1/2 months). I was able to feel my stomach harden down by the uterus at about 9 or 10 weeks, but everyone's different.
It is normal to show a little bump that early. I was already leaving my pants unbuttoned when I was at that stage with my first pregnancy
thats its nipples

By the time you feel the baby you are already in the second trimester so I doubt you are that far along and have not noticed.
Nobody could tell you what that is without looking at it. You should see a doctor.
What bump are you talking about
it may be a serois medical conditiion, ask a vet. is the rat old? is the bump big? is the lump swollen? is the bump on a patch of thin skin? where has your rat been? is the bump smooth or scaly or something else?

It could be a rheumatic nodule you can get them anywhere and they are able to move, However 3" seems like a long way.
A bump in that region could be a sign of scoliosis. A doctor's exam or xray could verify.
