start problem safety switchCheck the safety start switch know as the neutral switch AnswerIt takes a lot of energy to crank over an engine. Even though the battery is able to light up the interior lights and run the radio, it may not have enough power to crank the engine. Have someone who has jumper cables and knows how to use them boost your battery while you try to start the car. You may have to let the battery charge for a few minutes before cranking the engine. If this does not work, you may have a problem with the starter.

I have a very similar problem. Car worked fine yesterday, I go to get coffee for everyone, and it wouldn't start, let alone not turning over. I had this issue 2 months ago, and got the wiring fixed. worked fine til today. I go to jump start it with a screwdriver (the starter), but tried ignition one last time. turned over, and started. No issues.

So why/how could this be an intermitant issue!?

I even took it into a shop, and they couldn't find anything wrong with the wiring. Started clean 22 times in a row.... HOW could this even make sense?

Please please help.
