One possibility is that they are bug bites. You should check your home for Bed Bugs. If you do not have bed bugs then you may have a rash from something you are allergic to. There are also other conditions that can cause this such as Measels, Scarlet Fever, Boils, Ring Worm, or maybe Rosacia.
