Happened to mine. It was a Head Light Module that went bad. Its a chip that tells your lights what to do as you press the beam, switch, etc. Its located underneath the panel display on your center console. If you have an Eddie Bauer its where your digital display is shown. If its another model, its the same panel but nothing will be lit up. The chip is about the size of a credit card and goes for approx $60 bucks. Watch out for outrageous labor charges. The shop took 3 hrs to find it and charged me $300. Once I new where it was, it took me 15 minutes.
Did you find an answer to this problem? I am having the same problem with my 2001 Sport Trac.

I would check the switches first then check the window motor for passengers side.
Looks like a domain problem contact your ISP
If the bulb is in fact a working bulb, and the passenger side works, then I would assume the problem lies within the driver side socket. This is possibly due to corrosion or something similar restricting the contact between bulb and socket.
could be head gasket problem. does your heater work? might need heater core , clogged up. do compression test. or bypass heater core and see if that works.
The problem is inside the speedo and has to go to a speedo shop to be repaired.
take it to an auto repair shop:) Had the same prob with my explorer sport... its quite pricey too.
You might need a driver for it (this is especially likely if you are using a somewhat older version of Windows.) Go to the manufacturer's website and search for a driver for your device, download, and install it, and try again.
It is very likely the bulb. The low beam gets much more use and most often fails first.
If the driver's side works it is probably a broken linkage or wiper transmission problem not a fuse
Make sure the dome bulb still works. If so look for the small push button switch in the door frame. It is a wearable part and esy to fix.
