well a few things to try.First check the sending unit it could be bad,you can do this with a mechanical gage. Some gm's need to show pressure from oil sender to activate the fuel pump.so if that's the case you would have to put in a tee.next would be changing the oil"try a little thicker oil" although this is just a cover up for lose clerances but i have had good luck with chevys and doing this.Unlike Ford's Chevy's don't need much pressure they say 10psi for every 1000rpm's that's a good rule of thumb!I have a 93 z-28 with a LT-1 350 hot idle it holds maybe 12-13 psi and at 5,600 rpms it has maybe 38-40 psi i drive this car 470 miles one way to visit family "hey car gets 26-27 mpg with a 3:23 rear end my 08 impala with the 3.5 v-6 don't get that .I drive that car HARD!!!it's a Chevy n-e way last thing to check is the thermostat it could be stuck causing the oil to "thin"out you didnt say anything about it running hot just a idea. if the truck reads the same on the mech. gage as on the dash don't drive it.Cause something is wrong cam bearings seem to cause low oil press. on chevys but if the 2 gages are different and you have at least 35psi @4500-5000 drive it
YES. Bad fuel pump pressure can cause that problem too.
Several problems can cause a 1999 Blazer not to start. There could be a fuel problem or a firing problem. Check for fuel pressure and ignition spark first.
This is an unusual problem. Best to start with a new gage to verify the oil pressure.
A bad catalytic converter can cause hard starts if it has become clogged. This produces excessive back pressure in the engine.
the cause is something that starts something a problem of some sort and an effect is what happens because of the cause its the consequence
Blood pressure medication does cause problem blood flow to the penis which create problems for erection, high blood pressure can cause sexual dysfunction.

I had this problem, check your battery and make sure the negative post isn't touching the frame or anything metal. Batteries that are a bit too big may cause this problem.
i would say you have an injector problem. usually a cloged one can cause that.
The most common cause is a blown head gasket. Biggest problem is that it'll get worse.
Most likely a problem with the carburetor.
