What could be the reason of noise produce when shifting gears and clutch release?

My car does the same thing, except for the low oil... from time to time when I come to a stop I'll push in the clutch and it will randomly stall... I think its b/c my idle is not set high enough, but there could be a different reason...

There is one mechanism on a turbo 350 for shifting into PRND21. I would not describe it as a shifting lever since it is a shaft sticking out the side of the trans case. For that reason your question doesn't make much sense. Perhaps rewording would help.

If the clutch adjustment is correct, so that the clutch takes halfway through its travel, then it's time for a new clutch pressure plate/clutch plate/throwout bearing combo. One other reason might be grease on the existing clutch plate due to sloppy mechanic assembly.Or a combination of the two. New clutch time!
