It is possible you have an umbilical hernia. Often caused by pregnancy the stomach wall tears from stress.

That or it could be an ambilical hernia, not life threatening like most hernias, but still could cause damage. My husband has one, I've had two kids and it never hurt to push my naval until after I had them. Which is due to diastasis.
