What could be wrong if you had the head gasket replaced on a 1994 Toyota Camry but within 100 miles the oil light flickers and comes on steady when driving if you already changed the sending unit?

you needto take the sending unit out and check your oil pressure with a gauge. you oil pump may be losing oil pressure

The grinding noise you hear are your shocks and struts. If you experience bouncy while you are driving, as well, you should have them changed.

The sensor is in the overflow bottle. It comes on before the radiator is actually low. It flickers because the coolant is moving back and forth and is at a level that uncovers the sensor.
