either the ignition switch or the lock cylinder itself is bad. I would change both and check the rod that goes into the switch to make sure it is not binding up

MOTOR FOR WIPERS
It could be the wrong key...not inserted completely (or inserted to far if the lock is damaged)...the steering wheel lock could be exterting extra pressure on the lock (try moving the steering wheel a bit to see if that helps)

The fuel pump keeps running with the ignition off because it needs to be replaced. ?æThere could possibly be something wrong with the wiring.
Check the exhaust ignition interface. It could be a simple problem in the core module defribilator.

If it was rebuilt wrong, Yes
most likely a dead ignition module, the accessory part of the ignition goes awry, seen it happen a couple times after you install a new head unit.
if fan is electric,the radiator thermostate could be wired wrong/faulty.
