One of your ignition coils is bad. That is why the engine is running rough and the check engine light is blinking. Sometimes, depending on how bad the coil is, you can let the engine idle till the engine smooths out a bit. The CEL will turn off. You need to go by Autozone and have the codes read. This will tell you which coil needs to be replaced. Very important.... If your car is overdue for a tune up, do this first by replacing the spark plugs. This may also solve the problem and save you some cash.
