check your brake linings they have little metal tabs that will rub the rotors when they are bad. could be a wheel bearing
Could be bad ball joints.
have it checked you could have bent the axle and the noise would be the bearing
A forgotten tool maybe ? Or a stone .

A bad bearing can cause can the front end of car to make a squeaking noise when turning steering wheel either direction. It can also be caused by bad suspension.
There are several things that could be causing this noise to come from your front wheel well. You could have a faulty wheel bearing, a brake could be dragging, or a hub is rubbing.

Could be, in need of brakes or wheel bearing failure,
there are quite a few wheel bearing problems on these and sometimes differentials front and rear
could be control arm bushings gone bad
