You should clarify your problem or question. Is it the front or rear signal light? Is the tail light coming on with the signal light? Are none of the lights coming on at all?
Most of the cars now have composite lights and the lights have to be revomed to replace the bulbs.

Your car has two flasher relays. One for the turn signal lights and one for the hazard lights. Replace the one for the hazard lights. Any auto parts store can tell you the location and sell you a new one.
There are numerous warning lights for a Mazda RX8. Some of the warning lights are for engine oil, charging system, ABS, and check engine.
If there is no brake lights on a 1998 Mazda pickup, check the fuse. If the fuse has blown, the lights will not work.

The Mazda 626 turn signal relay switch can be found below the dashboard on the drivers side of the passenger compartment. The turn signal relay switch should be labeled as such.
You will need to check the ground wires. A loose ground wire can cause the lights to work sometimes and sometimes not to work.
The fuse panel is under the dash by the driver. If your parking lights are also out, your headlight/parking light/turn signal switch is bad.
What it usually turns out to be is a faulty turn signal relay. In more rare instances, there is a short in the turn signal switch in the column. The column switch has tail, brake, and blinker lights wired into it. Good luck
