It's very easy to replace with the Ford Manual and not expensive at all. make sure your hazard button is not on. this happened to me and i found the answer on the internet too.
First check all your fuses and if that's not it you'll have to trace your wiring ,to make sure their not grounding out.

Bad bulb or flasher is likely the cause The fuse that controls the turn signals, brake lights, fog lamps and interior speedometer lamps / dimmer switch. Its under the hood in the fuse box..
