The thumping noise you are talking about is caused by the wiper going too far one way or the other and coming up on the seal around the windshield and on the return swing dropping off that seal onto the windshield. First turn the wipers on. Second when they are in the middle of the swing, turn the key off. Third take the driver side wiper off making note of where you pulled off from. And fourth put it back on just one or two splines towards the passenger side of the vehicle. Hopefully this will resolve your issues with the thumping noise. But if it doesn't, try moving it (or the passenger side wiper) in the other direction.
A busted motor mount, for one.
I think i can help; where are you from?
Bad tire? Rotate and see if thumping changes
Front rotors are warped and need to be replaced. Could be an out of round disc brake rotor
Have that tire checked sometimes the belts inside can break and cause a thumping noise
You dumped your wife in there into too large of portions. There is an item in there that won't be cut up or disposed Look in there for anything in it.
Could be a bad ball joint
Good diagnostic association! The thumping is likely being caused by a failed temperature blend door actuator motor. Gears inside the motor break and the door starts to move and drops back down when hitting the broken gear = thump thump thump.See "Related Questions" below for lots of help with changing this part - not too hard nor terribly expensive.
Bass
Could be a bad tire? Could be a bad wheel bearing?
Perhaps a bug on windshield.
Maybe that thumping noise is the sound of another car smashing into the rear of your car.
