Sounds "like" it could be a malfunctioning electric window motor, amongstnumerous other ,wiindow up prior to repair. Put the ignition in the ON position. Make the main switch lets all windows operate. Open door with inop window. Push the window switch UP ( the inop door ) while ba ngg the lower section of the door with a closed fist. I'm serious. This will get to operate the window 90% of the time. Of course it will stop again sometime in the future. End call = RELACE THE WINDOW MOTOR
it depends on the weather

You can right about the seasons and right how the weather changes like the hot weather in summer makes me think of sitting on my porch with a ice cold glass of lemonade or for winter you can write the freezing weather makes me want to sit wrapped in a blanket next to a fire with some hot coca... hope that helps
screeching is almost always a loose belt.
They usually fly at an altitude of 30,000 to 35,000 feet, to avoid bad weather.
The main application is to avoid bad weather. Modern weather Radar can see through the clouds and locate the cell of the thunderstorm. This allows the passenger airliner to avoid the bad weather, thus allowing his passengers to enjoy their ride, and allow them to get to their destination on time.
Possibly the weather seal on the passenger door there leaks.
Cabin filter isn't called for in the 2000. You can purchase the cabin filter for the 2000 buick regal and it will fit. Remove the plastic piece under the passenger side windshield wiper, the box for the filter is just under that sitting above the HVAC fan. While in there check to make sure there is no dirt build up, and the weather stripping is intact. If it comes loose or there is dirt build up you will end up with water on your passenger floor board.
My experience says yes they do. When you see multiple birds sitting on a telephone wire take notice the direction they are facing. If they are ALL facing the same direction then rain is eminent. If they are facing both directions in no particular order you can expect clear weather. Maybe it's just a phenomenon but I've observed this to be true without fail on many occasions over years of observation.
on my 2002 silverado it's just in front of the passenger on the and drains out there. Very noticeable after a drive in hot (especially humid) weather.
