What could the reason be for a guy you like who has a gf to still play mind games with you by always looking at you to see if you will look back even though you've ignored his game for half a year?

This means that he most likely has feelings for you even he has a girlfriend. You should just tell him that your not interested or you just to cut it out. But if you really like him, you should play mind games back. I would be very helpful if you told us what mind games he plays on you.

that happened to me and I know how it is. Maybe he still has feelings for you and sort of hates that you've got over it.
