What could this be...Over the past 2-3 days I have been having cramps and brownish spotting. Period was 2 plus weeks ago. I am not sexually active at the moment. Any thoughts?

yes it could be. I had brownish spotting when my period was due, and I was pregnant. But the only way to know for sure is to test.
