Judaism is not officially banned in any country. However, the internal policies of certain nations have made those nations increasingly undesirable places for Jews to live within - this has been most successful in Libya where a series of anti-semitic laws and violence against Jews resulted in the emigration of the last Libyan Jew, Rina Debach, in 2003 (Jews have lived in Libya since the 3rd Century CE, and so it is highly likely that there are still people who could be termed ethnically or even halakhically - that is, according to Jewish law - Jewish people in the country). Afghanistan is now home to just one Jew - Zablon Simintov. Jews have lived in Afghanistan for at least 2,500 years but all except Zablon have now left for Israel or the USA, in recent years due to the rise of the Taliban. Eritrea also has just one Jew, named Sami Cohen. Other countries have very small Jewish popukations but do not actively follow any plan or action to discourage them - examples include Iceland with 10 Jews (one of whom is the country's First Lady), Bahrain with 40, Nicaragua with 50 and Sri Lanka with 3.
