The Aztecs were the only country in the region, so they did not trade with other countries. However, they did trade with small tribes both within and outside of their borders like the Zapotec, Olmec, Toltec, and other similarly situated peoples. However, most non-Aztecs deeply resented the Aztecs and tried to avoid trading with them when possible.

There were other tribal civilizations, that were not as big and organized as the Mayans, that lived in the same area. There is also evidence that they had dealings with the Aztecs, but there isn't any good evidence that they traded with the Incas. They also traded within themselves. The Mayans traded their crops. Including cocoa which was very hard to find, corn, beans, peppers, etc. They also sold pottery and handmade things.
