The perfect example is Hideki Tojo who was appointed by the Emperor of Japan and, in many respects, had more power than the Emperor.4) Jostling for Power within a Totalitarian Country: EX: Josef Dzhugashvili (Stalin): In this scenario, leaders high-up in a totalitarian country squabble and fight to take power from the leader or the vacuum of a recently deceased leader.
