Technically, the United States isn't "at war" with anyone. Although the U.S. has been involved in plenty of international conflicts over the years (Korea, Vietnam, Gulf War, Iraq War) they haven't formally made a declaration of war against a nation since the Second World War. However, just because the US hasn't made a declaration of war against a country doesn't mean that it's currently not involved in a conflict. (Maybe a minor distinction, but something worth noting)

The U.S. is currently involved in military conflicts with the Taliban in Afghanistan and with various terrorist-identified groups in Iraq. That doesn't necessarily mean that the US is "at war" with either the nation of Afghanistan or Iraq, just that American troups are engaged in military operations in either country.

Operation Enduring Freedom (Afghanistan) and Operation Iraqi Freedom (Iraq). However, it should be noted, that the US is NOT AT WAR with Afghanistan and Iraq, but operating within those two countries to hunt down terrorists.

Wrong, Occupying Iraq and operating in Afghanistan, Pakastan and many many others. Just sit at home and read your cute little newspaper civilian.

America is currently (as of Nov.11, 2011) not at war with any country. It does have two ongoing military operations, in Iraq and in Afghanistan, but those are against insurgencies rather than against countries.
