Mussolini was the founder of Fascism. His followers come from where he did, Italy.

Various countries have had a fascist government. For example, in the 1940s the government of Germany was a fascist one.
Fascist countries have almost always been dictatorships.
Fascism started in Italy and then spread to Germany, where it was more effective. Romania and Hungary also adopted fascism, and Spain underwent civil war that resulted in a fascist government. Croatia also held a puppet fascist government. Many other countries, such as Portugal, held a military dictatorship that acted somewhat like fascism.
Although one thinks of Fascism in relation to World War II, Fascism has also occurred in other countries. Lawrence Dennis, Elizabeth Diling, and Gerald Winrod are historical fascist figures.

With nationalism as the main foundation of fascism, the Golden Dawn party in Greece practices fascism. North Korea is considered by many to be a fascist state.
Poorly. Fascism is extreme right-wing authoritarian politics, and is strictly hostile towards democracy, liberal ideas, etc. Fascist regimes are usually controlled by the oppressive and harsh rule of a dictator. Countries such as North Korea can be considered fascist, and the people under fascism are oppressed in their own society and usually have few rights.
