the below answers are wrong, cape horn is where the two oceans meet (but you would not know the limit...), on the other hand, there is the cerro chirripo located in Costa Rica and it is 3.820m high, this is the only place in the continent that will show you the two oceans separated (one in each site of your hand) but at the same time from a point depth into the land of the continent
