(Security Council) The Security Council can authorize action against an "outlaw" nation. If two-thirds of the fifteen members of the Security Council agree, it can authorize U.N. members to take military action. However, if any one of the five permanent members of the Security Council casts its veto, the Council cannot take action.

This cannot be answered.you will have to give me some choices to choose from.
Nations import goods so they can get resources that they cannot obtain in their own country. Nations export goods to countries that cannot obtain those resources naturally.
Nations rely on one another for living things they cannot produce themselves.
Yes. Just recently Barack Obama was sworn in as Head of the U. N. Security Council. The security council has the only real voting power in the UN. At the inauguration Obama was addressed as "President of the World". This office violates the US. Constitution Article 1. Section 9. In which a President cannot hold dual office and still maintain the Presidency of the United States of America.
No. You cannot "opt out" of social security.
It doesn't. But the ideaology of the United Nations is somewhat sound. A country, represented by a U.N. delegate, can bring their problems to the United Nations and have them heard by every other participating UN country. This enables said country to elicit help from other nations as it regards diseases, famine, political instability, etc. The UN can provide relief in the form on food, clothing, money, medical expertise, or military presence. If two nations have issues with each other, the UN can provide mediation to end the problem. Obviously, the UN is not always successful in its mission of creating peace, but it does occasionally prove its worth, like during the Cold War, when the UN Security Council, comprised of The US, the UK, France, Russia, and China, and a revolving sixth member, were able to meet and talk in front of the UN. As long as they were talking, they weren't nuking each other, and so in that sense the UN helped provide peace. But overall, the UN has no sovereignty over its member nations and therefore no real power to do anything, so it cannot have an active role in any real and lasting peace process.
No, of course not!Racism is an attribute of people. A country is a geographic area and cannot itself be racist. There are likely to be racists in Turkey as there are anywhere else.
No, an apartment security guard cannot detain and search a person or their car. They cannot do this, unless they have a warrant.
