Israel, of course, but specifically, the city Palestine, a city in Israel that they have fought to reclaim as their native land, and want to establish it's independence from any other country, race, and religion.
It's THE primary cause of dissention amongst Jews, Christians and Muslims today in Israel, and has been for the last 40 years or so. It is also, in present day, a NATO agenda that has been prioritized as an issue with so much conflict that it must be resolved. To date, if I am not mistaken, Palestine has been established as belonging to the Jewish. However, Palestine has not yet been recognized as an independent country, and is inhabited by Christians and Muslims, as well as Jews.
May I make a few sugestions to clear up just what land the Jews once owned, and still have a desire to return to all of the land they consider theirs. In biblical times their territoiry streched from north of Damascus in what is now Syria to the gulf of Aqaba in the south. At it's widest point in the south it was around 100 kl wide. All of Palestine was devided up into Political boundaries such as Gaza, Idumea, Perea, Decapolis, Galilee, Ulatha and Abilene. When the small portion of Palestine was returned to the Jews they knew full well that they would never be satisfied until all of their lands were returned to them. It was given them ny God and in His own due time it will be returned.
Israel is the country that the jews consider their homeland. This part will be more spiritual and less political.
Abram came from the city of Ur and was one out of hundreds of his kind who believed in monotheism. one day g-d spoke to him and told him to change his name to abraham and go to the land of canaan (israel) and g-d promised him this land. Technically israel is also the spiritual homeland to the christian philosophy and muslim religion because we all believe in monotheism and the same g-d but with different names. and some little twists and turns along the way. and its not a religion owning the city of Jerusalem or the state of israel, its of a religion banning other religions. right now most of israel is peaceful where jews, muslims and christians can live in harmony. Please if you are persian do not be offended by this! i am talking about the government, not the general population! but when countries like Iran and iraq claim the country is theirs thats is when problems get started (don't worry, if you are persian i am not singling you out, also all of the surrounding countries basically its just that i don't know all of their names)
Their spiritual home land is Israel, where the majority of Jews live. This is where the Jewish religion originated from.
The religious leaders of Jews are called Rabbis.
Many Jews consider Israel to be their homeland.

There is only one country which would consider Passover to be a national celebration, and that is Israel. However, there are many other countries in which Jews celebrate Passover.
If you consider yourself Jewish but do not follow Judaism, holding to no religion at all, then you are a "secular Jew". A significant proportion of Jews are secular Jews. Some Jews have adopted a form of Christianity and consider themselves Christian Jews or Messianic Jews.
Saturday.
They expected a physical leader, not a spiritual one.
Jerusalem is considered holy by Muslims, Jews, and Christians.
Yes
It depends which country 'this country' is.
Israel is the ancestral home of the Jews.
