There is no country proper that borders the Mediterranean that starts with the letter "U". The only "U" countries are: Uganda, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States, Uruguay, and Uzbekistan. All of these countries do not border the Mediterranean Sea, but some of the overseas territories of the United Kingdom like Gibraltar and Akotiri and Dhelika do border the Mediterranean.
