Although yes, American Honda Motors is a Japanese company - there are many models of Acura's and Honda's that are built here in the USA at several locations throughout the country. Some of the largest plants in Ohio. So, as they started off as a Japanese Motorcycle Company they are now global & many operations are housed here in the United States.
