There are a lot of things you can do with popsicle sticks. One of my favorites is a popsicle stick box. Here is how to make it.
You need white glue and popsicle sticks.
So you have probably heard of Lincoln Logs. If you haven't, Google it. Look at how the pieces are stacked on top of each other. Do this with your popsicle sticks, but of course your popsicle sticks won't have indents in them, so you have to glue them together instead. There should be small spaces between each popsicle stick after you glue them. It is okay if they aren't perfectly straight up and down. Okay now you fit some popsicle sticks into the empty spots. First put a line of glue down the lower sides, and glue them on. When it is dry you can flip it over and make the top. Do the same thing as you did on the bottom, but only put the glue on one side. While that part is drying you might want to add some glue to the very edge to act as hinges. Also why it is drying you may need to rub some glue on top to get the lid to stay together. Open the box once in a while, even if you need to force it. If you do that, the lid should work right when it is ready.
If you want to you can paint it or decorate it in any way you want. It looks really cool if you look through the sides of it!

Depends on the design of the bridge, and how the sticks are joined. In theory I could build a bridge of popsicle sticks that would support several tons of weight- but it would take a LOT of popsicle sticks.
