You should get a cold towel or hot,and wrap it around your wherever you need it.What size?Doesn't matter,just make sure it can wrap around you certain spot,or can lay on that certain spot.and keep it on there for a while and hopefully it will help.

∙ 11y agoSkin rashes can be caused by a large amount of different factors and therefore have very little in terms of specific treatments. There are a large amount of creams and such that can be prescribed to you at a local pharmacy though, they would be a good first step.
