There was no Palestinian currency.
There used to be the Palestinian Pound, but that was under the British mandate, between the years of 1927 till 1948. So technically that was British currency.
This money was used throughout what was known as the then Palestine.The current currency in the Gaza strip is Israeli and Jordanian currency.
