On most email systems, the date associated with the message will be the date sent, at least to those receiving it. I am not sure there is any way that your recipients could see when you started the draft..
Drafts are an area of storage where an email is being written but has not been finished or sent. If you close down most "good" email programs when you have typed a message and not sent it, the message will be stored in your "drafts" folder. To resume editing, just open up the message, finish whatever needs to be done and send it.
You cannot. The date of the email is represented by the email server that receives the email.
The send items folder in outlook/hotmail relates to emails that have been sent from that email account. They act as a history of sent emails that can be read again or prove that the email was sent on a certain date, sent to certain people etc.
When you open the email, choose 'Forward' , and then the email will appear to you in the editing format, so you can edit it as you wish, and then click save as draft or send it to whoever you want.

All you have to do, is tap the email icon, then when your mail boxes appear, scroll down, as they appear twice. Scroll to the second set of them, then tap on the email account you wish to check for saved draft emails. If your server allows drafts to be stored on your handset, tap on the account then you will see your inbox, sent, draft, etc folders for that email account. You've found your draft folder, tap on that to bring up your draft emails that you composed but did not send. You can choose to edit or just send them if you do not need to edit them, or simply delete the draft email if you no longer want to send it. You will notice the draft has now been moved to the bin if you've decided to delete it, if you sent it, you will see it move to the sent folder. If you don't want to do anything with your draft, you can simply leave it in the draft folder. At least now you will know where to find your draft email(s). The above steps apply for all email accounts that allow a 'Drafts' folder to be created on your iPhone.
E-mail or Email means Electronic Message. It is a written communication sent via the Internet.
