Supposedly no dimes were minted in 1810, however, I have what appears to be a ,smaller than todays dimes, dime with has the date 1810 on it.

The last Liberty (or "Mercury") head dime was minted in 1945 so you cannot have one with a 1949 date. All dimes minted since 1946 carry the familiar portrait of Franklin Roosevelt. Please check the date again and post a new question.
1936 is a common date, value is just for the silver, about $1.75

The Mercury Dime was minted in all three mints, Philadelphia, Denver, and San Francisco. Not all three mints minted the Mercury dime every year. There were no Mercury dimes from the Denver mint in 1923-D or 1930-D. If you ever see one, it's a counterfeit coin. There was never a 1934-S dime minted either.
