at the start, when you start walking you walk every second day for about an hour. after about a week you start walking everyday for about an hour or two. my friends mum always does it, and that's what she does

Working out, lunges. I have it to just soak it in Epsom salt in a hot bath. Then massage them. Takes a day or two but hope it works!
