There are no direct flights from Dublin to Sydney, so it would depend on who you flew with, what airports you were going through, the length of stopovers and other factors. You should still arrive there on Saturday or Sunday.
And that assumes you are flying all the way. You could be sailing, or using a range of modes of transport: ferry to England, then train or drive across England, ferry or Eurostar to Europe and so on.
It depends on what time you depart, but usually if you depart on Friday, you will arrive there on Sunday.
Nine o'clock in the morning.
That depends on the airline you fly with, and what stopovers are involved in the route. Etihad airways fly from Dublin to Abu Dhabi and on to Sydney. They don't appear to fly out on a Saturday, but on a Sunday they have a flight leaving at 19.55. There's a stopover of 2 hours and 55 minutes on Monday morning in Abu Dhabi and you arrive in Sydney at 07.25 (local time) on Tuesday - total time 24 hours and 30 minutes.
Officially, for airmail, it takes about 5 working days, starting the day after posting.
In the UK the Royal Mail aim to deliver First Class post the next working day. So provided it is collected by around 5pm on Friday it should arrive Saturday morning. Generally in the U.S., it'll arrive on Tuesday if you mail it on Friday.
Possibly in the morning?
Friday
As far as I know, they arrive every morning except for Friday and Saturday. However, I've only visited Grand Cayman over winter break so I'm not sure if there's a span of time that cruise ships don't arrive in Grand Cayman.
