Ah the meaning of life. There are more than one answer.
On the surface, a human is composed of certain, common, garden variety elements in basic sequences. But this is true of most life.
Humans are very different genetically from other creatures, resulting in different characteristics, but the fun does not stop there.
On the philosophy level, the thing that most philosophers believes defines us is our thought. We have the capacity to think about just what does make us human, therefore we must be human. Basically, "I think, therefore, I am."
But there is no easy definition, and I encourage you to find your own definition.

Human health is the general condition of a person's mind and body. It generally refers to the body being free of disease, illness, pain, and injury. The World Health defines human health in the broader sense of "a state of complete physical, mental, and social well being, and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity."
