A zoology or Biology degree along with a business degree would probably be very helpful. Most people in high positions such as directors of zoos or other types of businesses get to that position over time. This is not always the truth, but in many cases you have to work your way up the food chain before you can get a position as a director of a company. It takes a lot of hard work and perseverance but I would imagine it's more than worth it if that's what you want your career to be.
