If your employees choose to unionize, you cannot. (Unless you are the TSA and have the President declare you have no rights as an employee.) Generally, attempting to stop employees from forming or joining a union is an unlawful labor practice and can carry severe penalties against the employer. Your best chance is simply to treat your employees in such a manner that they see a union as an unnecessary cost to them instead of seeing the union as someone that will help them fight an unreasonable and uncaring boss.
