Samuel Adams helped plan the Boston Tea Party. He also helped dump tea into the ocean. He also had a strong voice in The Sugar, Stamp, and Townshends Acts. He was John Adams cousin(John Adams was the second president). Samuel Adams also signed the Declaration of Independence. Sam Adams were warned that the British were coming to Concord, Massachusetts by Paul Revere, Samuel Prescott.He died of sickness at the age of 82. He also became governor of Massachusetts. Then lived peacefully for 6 years before he died. His statue is in Boston.
