Man must explore
After reporting engine shutdown and such, Neil Armstrong said, "Houston, Tranquility base here. The Eagle has landed!"
Houston, Tranquility Base here, the Eagle has landed. That is what Neil Armstrong said when Buzz Aldrin and he landed on the Moon. That's one small step for man, one giant leap for mankind. That is what Neil Armstrong said when he first set foot on the lunar surface.
"One small step for man, but one giant leap for mankind" or something like that.
people say it never happened, and that they never landed on the moon. the conspiracy grew and more people became suspicious and that's why they haven't been since.
Buz Aldrin NOT Neil Armstrong! Neil Armstrong landed on the moon 10 minutes after Buz Aldrin did. They also went with Mike Collins who flew round the moon several times never actually stopping the rocket in space at all! So Neil Armstrong should not take all the credit because actually Buzz Aldrin landed first but if you want our science teacher o be happy say Neil Armstrong. :)
"I meant to do that!"
well done lads

Strictly speaking, the first words spoken from the moon are "Houston. Tranquility Base here. The Eagle has Landed.". In popular culture, however, the first words are "That's one small step for man, one giant leap for mankind"
"One small step for man, but one giant leap for mankind" or something like that.
il a atterri is how you say "it landed" in French.
Neil Armstrong did say a prayer. Buzz Aldrin took communion shortly after landing.

As far as is known to the general public, no animal has ever landed on the moon. Unless you want to make the perfectly logical generalization and say that the first and only animal to land on the moon so far has been the Human animal.
Of course Neil Armstrong did walk on the moon in 1969. The words spoken by him That's one small step for man one giant leap for mankind.
