Hercules believing that Hippotyle was responsible for the following attack killed her. after the 12 tasks when he went to sea to continue his adventures Hera sent huge storms to try to wreck the boat. later he did attempt to smooth things with Hera and sacrificed goats to her. unfortunately her anger only cooled when he died. ironically enough he then married Hera's daughter Hebe at Olyumpus. basikally he disliked her because she was always trying to kill him.
